A virtual tour brings them home for the heat !

After spending a few years out east for work, Robbie and Demii were thrilled to begin their search for a new home back in Kamloops. One small challenge – they weren't able to view any properties in-person before they purchased and moved home!

Thankfully, in this day and age, it’s entirely possible to coordinate detailed video showings of homes so a buyer can experience and discuss everything from angles, proximity, and close-up finishings.  

After virtually visiting several homes from Toronto, we were able to find a great match and facilitate all of the paperwork digitally so they could secure their new Kamloops home.
